Return policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Exchanges or refunds will only be considered if an item arrives damaged or faulty. Any issues must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order, along with clear photographic evidence.
All approved cases will be reviewed once the item is returned and inspected. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
