What types of hair products do you sell?
We sell premium hair bundles, ready-made wigs, and raw hair units in various textures and lengths.
Yes, all wig units can be customised (bleaching, plucking, styling) for an additional £50
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes up to 10 working days. Customised units require 15–20 working days.
What is your return policy?
Returns or refunds are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order if items are unused and in
original packaging.
