- Hair prep: Lay your hair flat (braids/low bun).
- Grab a tape: Use a soft measuring tape (or string + ruler).
- Measure circumference: Start at your hairline, go around the nape, back to the start.
- Check twice: Measure 2 times and use the larger number.
- Choose your cap:
21.0 = Small
22.0 = Medium
23.0 = Large
Tip: If you’re between sizes, size up for comfort.
